EntoHunt: Investigating Insect Biodiversity

Do you know your bugs from your beetles? Join us to investigate a variety of insects and learn more about insect identification and make your own insect pooter.

Take a closer look at the wonderful world of insects on our doorstep. We will start by making our pooters in the museum and then, weather permitting, test them out in University Parks and see what we can find. There will also be a chance to try out other entomological collection methods.

For young people age 10-14.  Booking is essential via hopelearning@oum.ox.ac.uk.

This event is brought to you by the HOPE for the Future project, which is funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, thanks to National Lottery players.
