Join us for an afternoon of crafts and specimen handling to find out more about why insects are so important. Make your own flower to take home to attract some buzzy friends.

This event is part of the Story Museum’s partner project Little Amal- Amal Meets Alice. Join Alice in Wonderland as she welcomes Amal, a 10 year-old refugee girl, to Oxford during her journey on foot over 8,000km from Syria to Manchester. Taking the form of giant puppets, Alice and Amal meet, become friends, and share memories as the walk through the city. The Museum will be hosting activities in the Main Court that will be linked to the projects theme ‘Garden of Live Flowers’. Please check the Story Museum’s website for more details about events going on across the city: www.storymuseum.org.uk/amal
