Rachel is responsible for developing new permanent displays and overseeing all interpretation within the Museum. Using visitor evaluation and analysis, Rachel helps to build a clear understanding of the Museum's visitors – who they are and what they expect – as part of its audience development plan. Rachel also commissions contemporary artwork to engage visitors with the themes in the Museum’s special exhibitions. On the digital side, Rachel writes for and jointly manages the Museum blog, along with other social media channels including Twitter and Instagram, and contributes to the management and development of the Museum’s website.
